Return & Replacement Policy
Sajilo Gas prioritizes customer safety and service reliability. We allow return or replacement of LPG cylinders if defects or delivery issues are identified.
Eligible Return Conditions
Cylinders showing physical damage, corrosion, or structural defects at the time of delivery may be returned immediately.
If a cylinder valve leak or gas smell is detected before use, customers must report it immediately for replacement.
If the delivered cylinder type, size, or booking does not match the order, Sajilo Gas will arrange correction.
Cylinders delivered with tampered or broken seals prior to customer acceptance are eligible for return.
Return Procedure
Customers should follow the process below to request replacement:
  • Report issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide booking or order details
  • Keep cylinder unused and in safe condition
  • Allow inspection by Sajilo Gas staff
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns are not accepted if cylinders are damaged due to mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or usage after delivery acceptance.
